Well...hm here's New Year's and...my resolution is to be on time. (more often) And to get my Alg2 h/w done when it's assigned.
Tennessee was awesome. Got to see Aunt Susie and Uncle Trey and Connor, Tristan, and Shae...Shae's 2 years old, and he is soo adorable! I wanted to take him home with me. I wish Caroline was like him, heheh.
My Great-Uncle John came to visit with his kids Emily and Andrew all the old aunts and cousins that I didn't know I had. Then we went to his house at White Top for lunch and New Year's Eve. We went snow-shoeing and horseback riding with Andrew's friends...hoo man one of em, Thomas...he was pretty cute. Tall and all curly hair and his accent...that Tennessee accent, man...I woulda been happy just listening to him talk all night long hahah.
But so New Year's was awesome, because that side of my family is very Irish. So we had the *good* Bailey's. That's some good stuff right there.
I got great presents for X-mas, among them my new lacrosse stick (yay) and Black Hills gold jewelry from my godparents. (love you, Pam and Danny!)
For now, let's hope that I can hold back the confusion in Alg2 for at least a week so I can go to conditioning...maybe pull up my C. :/
...Was talking to my dad about this Senate page thing. What happens is, I apply to either our House or Senate rep, and if I'm accepeted, I go for 6 months (jeez) and live in the page dorms, go to school there, and work for George Allen on the floor while Congress is in Session.
My dad was a page his junior year in highschool, and he said over 20,000 kids in virginia apply, but also, since he's my dad, and he's high up, I'd have a better chance to get in. Kinda sad, but true, cause in politics, it's all about who you know.
So to get my name on Allen's good lists, I'm going campainging with my dad this summer for Allen, and then hopefully to the Republican Convention. I'm so excited! :D
